FREE Elizabeth, Forward, Clairton Township Workshop: Watersheds & Rain Barrels

COST: FREE! Includes 55-gal rain barrel and $20 Household Hazardous Waste Disposal Coupon

Workshop participants will learn how to harvest rainwater from their roofs, store it, and use it in the landscape. You will also learn how to reduce your contribution to the stormwater system, flooding, and polluted urban runoff by learning how to practice watershed protection and conservation in your own backyard. It’s easier than you think! Registrants receive a FREE FreeGarden RAIN barrel with their workshop ticket. This barrel has a 55-gallon capacity and is ideal for urban and suburban areas. Participants will also receive a $20 coupon at the event for disposal of household hazardous waste (HHW) which includes up to 10 gallons or 50 pounds of HHW! HHW Event registration is required.
