Watershed Awareness & Rain Barrel Workshop-Ross Township

This workshop is generously subsidized by Ross Township Environmental Advisory Council and is available to Ross township residents only.

TIME: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
COST: $55 per individual (fee includes workshop and one rain barrel)

Workshop participants will learn how to harvest rainwater from their roofs, store it, and use it in the landscape. You will also learn how to reduce your contribution to combined sewer overflow (CSO), flooding, and polluted urban runoff by learning how to practice watershed protection and conservation in their own backyards. It’s easier than you think! Participants in Southwestern PA will receive a FreeGarden RAIN 55-gallon rain barrel. Feel free to reach out to Laura Blood at laurab@prc.org with any questions.
