Bokashi is a simple fermentation style of composting that relies on anaerobic or effective micro organisms (EM)-Think Probiotics! This style of composting pickles your food scraps, is great for small spaces, and allows you to compost prepared foods, scraps, meat, small bones, and dairy in only 5-8 weeks! Includes a 5-gal bokashi system complete with instructions and starter microbes!
