This 2026 PRC E-Waste collection event is sponsored by Delaware County Parks in partnership with County of Delaware, DELCO Sustainability and Reworld.

Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at Upland County Park, 280 6th Street, Upland, PA 19015

What’s Free to Drop Off

  • TVs (1 free TV permitted per registration, 1 registration per person*)
  • Computer equipment: monitors (flat & CRT), CPUs/towers, laptops, mice, keyboards, printers, desktop copiers & scanners
  • Home & mobile devices: tablets, home phones, cell phones, cable boxes
  • Networking: routers, modems
  • Entertainment & audio: DVD players, VCRs, stereos, video game consoles
  • Cables & cords (electronic cables)
  • Small appliances: vacuum cleaners, microwaves

*Additional TV's accepted for a fee: $30 for each additional CRT or Flat Screen TV,

$40 for each additional rear projection or console TV

DO NOT BRING: Freon containing devices (i.e. , refrigerators, dehumidifiers), large appliances, mixed recyclables (i.e. cans, plastic, glass, cardboard, paper), batteries, lightbulbs, smoke detectors

If you’re unsure about an item, please email or call us before the event — we’re happy to help.

Know Before You Go

  • One registration per vehicle covers all your items — please do not register each item separately.
  • Arrival window: Please arrive during your selected time slot.
  • Drive-through service: Place items in your trunk, truck bed, or backseat and remain in your vehicle. Our staff will unload everything for you.
  • Weather: Event runs rain or shine unless safety conditions require a delay or closure.

Data Security

All electronic items collected are processed by Reworld, an e-Steward-certified recycler that follows the highest industry standards for responsible recycling.
All data is securely destroyed according to e-Steward and environmental protection guidelines — you do not need to wipe devices before drop-off unless you prefer to.
